Regional Manager

Modern Beauty Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail locations in Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between Head Office and store locations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with management to drive growth, improve customer experience, and maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze business trends across stores, developing and implementing plans to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Protect company assets and confidential information, ensuring the integrity of our business.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Minimum 5 years of retail industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle, with frequent travel required throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem identification and conflict management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
