Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front office team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room status, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including process improvements and staff training.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
