Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the front office team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate room status information, ensuring that all rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for guests.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, coaching, and performance management for front office team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer literacy in property operating systems, such as Opera and Maestro, and proficiency in MS Office.
