Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:- Supervise and coordinate the front office team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including processing payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and maintain accurate room status information and communicate effectively with the team.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, coaching, and performance management for the front office team.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Computer literacy in property operating systems and MS Office.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
