We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, including guest registration, check-out, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front office team and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including guest registration, check-out, and payment processing.
  • Train and develop the front office team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and performance management for the front office team.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Computer literacy in property operating systems, such as Opera and Maestro.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
