Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the registration and check-out of guests, including processing customer payments and supporting team members as needed.
- Train team members on systems, security, and cash handling procedures, as well as service standards and tools.
- Encourage teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, coaching, performance management, hiring, performance reviews, and training for all Guest Services team members.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy in property operating systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
