We are a dynamic restaurant looking for a skilled host/hostess to join our team. As a host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the seating of customers
    • Manage reservations and table assignments
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage financial records and maintain accurate records
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability
