Job Summary

The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train new staff members, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure that staff are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
