We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled and friendly host/hostess to join our team. As a host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of House Operations
    • Manage the flow of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience
    • Seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth service
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage reservations and table assignments
    • Process payments and handle cash handling duties
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Work Environment

The Curry Pot is a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. As a host/hostess, you will be required to stand for extended periods, work in a combination of sitting and standing, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
