About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
    • Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory and Cost Control
    • Manage inventory levels, monitor costs, and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
