About The Curry Pot

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled and friendly host/hostess to join our team. As a host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Table Management: Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times to ensure efficient service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Environment

The Curry Pot is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. As a host/hostess, you will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
