About The Curry Pot

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled and friendly host/hostess to join our team. As a host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of House Operations
    • Manage the flow of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience
    • Seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage reservations and table assignments
    • Process payments and handle cash handling duties
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
