About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 10334090 Canada INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
    • Monitor and control cash flow, inventory, and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
    • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of employees and customers.
