We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LK REPAIR TERMINAL. This is a full-time role, with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team. This includes tasks such as typing and proofreading correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: The successful candidate will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Schedule Appointments: The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and confirming them with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain Office Supplies: The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week

  • Ability to Multitask: The successful candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client Focus: The successful candidate should have excellent client focus and be able to provide excellent customer service.
