About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Office Coordinator to join our team at EXOD International. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also establish office procedures and routines, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating events and meetings, including arranging logistics and communicating with attendees
  • Developing and implementing office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Managing and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
