Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including policy administration and record management
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment
  • College education or equivalent certificate/diploma from a recognized program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a regular work schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
