About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator with AMOORDOD INC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services. This position is perfect for individuals who are highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Control: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, supervising 3-4 people.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Work Environment

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines. They should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
