Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Scholars of Vaughan East is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures: Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures: Regularly review and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate work to office support staff: Effectively delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met: Prioritize tasks and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence: Gather data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
  • Perform data entry: Accurately enter data into our system.
  • Train staff: Provide training to staff members as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures: Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Resolve conflict situations: Resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coach: Provide coaching to staff members to improve their performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate: Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Transportation/travel information: Own transportation is required.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Health benefits: Health care plan is provided.
  • Duration of employment: Permanent position.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
