Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team at GTA URBAN DEVELOPMENT LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining records
* Coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
* College/CEGEP education
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment:
* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
