About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LYN Group Inc. as an Office Services Specialist.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. This role also involves establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize resource allocation;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and commission systems and components;
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement;
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar field;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Drive and other relevant tools;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project coordination and management software;
  • Knowledge of inventory control software and accounting principles;
  • Training or certification in areas such as customer service, leadership, or project management.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
