About the Role
  • This is a permanent, full-time position with a work term of 30-40 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  3. Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  4. Train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • English is the primary language used in this role.
