Administrative Support Role at Blyth Academy

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. As the first point of contact for callers, students, parents, and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and responding to inquiries about our programs.
  • Monitor and record student attendance and absences, ensuring accurate information is maintained in our database.
  • Collect and maintain an organized system of student records and forms.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to our Principal and Head of Guidance.
  • Support our administrative team with student admissions and enrollment.
  • Assist with the coordination of academy information sessions, open houses, parent-teacher interviews, and school activities.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of stock.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel
  • Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Empathetic and dedicated to creating a positive learning environment

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
