Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team. As the key contact for the executive, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Provide administrative support, including email management, data entry, and report preparation
• Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and town halls
• Develop and implement effective calendar management systems to optimize productivity
• Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 3+ years of experience in executive administration or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
