Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Performing data entry and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting deadlines;
  • Time management and prioritization skills;
