Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Toronto.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination with team members.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems and managing office documentation with precision.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for management, utilizing your excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
