Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials, including agendas and minutes.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and timely ordering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
