At Live Assets Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless administrative processes and maintaining a high level of organization.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, who can effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and the ability to implement new systems and protocols as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. The position involves on-site work only, with no option for remote work.

What We Offer

Live Assets Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
