This is a key opportunity to join our people-oriented organization as the Human Resources Director for the Manitoba region. You will work closely with the Director of People and Culture, Central Region, to develop and implement the HR strategy, while maintaining operational oversight of the Manitoba branches.

About the Role
  • Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate human resources policies to meet office needs and ensure compliance with provincial legislation.
  • Ensure consistent application of human resources policies, directives, and procedures aligned with national directives.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition processes that align with our 12-step hiring process, ensuring recruitment and onboarding practices meet operational needs.
  • Lead escalated workplace investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings.
  • Manage employee culture training, leadership development, and succession planning to enhance competitive ability.
  • Implement a professional development strategy for the business unit in collaboration with organizational leaders within the national framework.
  • Manage promotions in alignment with national office procedures.
  • Review, manage, monitor, and improve the performance review process.
  • Act as a business partner with operations, ensuring all employee needs are met.
  • Ensure new employee orientation fosters a positive corporate culture toward company goals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve successful implementation of HR metrics according to individual branch needs and goals.
  • Maintain an open-door policy.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent, and a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in a full-cycle human resources role, ideally in the security industry.

A strong leadership skillset, analytical skills, and the ability to manage remote HR teams are essential. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
