Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead the Healthcare Operations in our Manitoba region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing services across 22 remote and isolated nursing stations, as well as Percy Moore and Norway House Hospitals.

About the Role
  • You will provide leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to our clients.
  • Your expertise in nursing service administration, education, or a related field will be crucial in developing strategies to promote excellence in healthcare service delivery.
  • With your extensive experience in managing financial resources, human resources, and multi-disciplinary teams, you will be able to effectively lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of health programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the oversight of Regional Nursing Operations, including program delivery at 22 remote and isolated nursing stations, as well as Percy Moore and Norway House Hospitals.
  • Provide expert advice, knowledge, and support to health professionals, communities, and organizations.
  • Develop reports and briefings on emerging trends and issues related to nursing, primary health care, and allied clinical program areas.
  • Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and retention of professional and administrative personnel.
Requirements
  • Masters degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in nursing, nursing service administration, or a related field.
  • Eligibility for registration as a registered nurse in a province or territory of Canada.
  • Extensive experience in providing direct primary care, home and community care, or public health services.
  • Recent and extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, working groups, or committees on complex issues.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $104,188 and $130,957, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including security clearance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
