Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including answering inquiries, assisting with laundry and cleaning, completing payroll and attendance, and maintaining electronic filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Answer inquiries and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Complete payroll and attendance tasks accurately and on time
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations or administrative roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
