We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, ensuring that all office documentation is easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using MS Office software.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
