Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as maintaining filing systems and managing office documentation.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for management, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and excellent attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
