Raymond James Ltd. seeks a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Kingston Office team. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Wealth Manager and contributing to our business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and have experience in business development and social media management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Wealth Manager, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements.
- Handle emails and correspondence, including managing the lead advisor's email inbox and responding to emails as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule conference calls and video meetings.
- Manage expenses, including managing expense reports and reconciling company credit card statements.
- Assist with business development initiatives, including researching potential clients and creating targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, create, and schedule posts, monitor engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in business development and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and social media platforms.
