Job Title: Indigenous Administrative and Community Engagement Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent position within Bluewater Health. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and cultural competency in working with Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for community health programs
- Coordinate traditional healing services, working with Healers, local communities, and NIHB
- Assist in planning and coordination of health promotion events, focusing on cancer screening, diabetes, heart failure education, and referrals to other community services
- Track and manage referrals to and from community services, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper documentation
- Prepare reports and data entry for program tracking and evaluation

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Post-secondary education in administration required

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: Sarnia Lambton Ontario Health Team
