The Drawbridge Inn is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, motel, and resort.
About the Role- This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Hours of work are 30-40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our management team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate preferred).
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
