About the Role:



This is a temporary, part-time support staff position providing administrative assistance to the Office of the Registrar and Financial Aid Services. The successful candidate will work 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $24.43, reporting to the Associate Registrar, Student Support Systems.



Key Responsibilities:



The Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative support duties including handling inquiries, processing student transcript requests, maintaining confidentiality, and resolving issues with academic records. The role also involves processing student ID card requests and troubleshooting technical issues in conjunction with IT.



Requirements:




  • 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Business, or Community/Social Services
  • Minimum one year experience in a position that processes specialized information and resolving problems
  • Proficiency in operating a computer and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to use tact, diplomacy, and judgment as needed, and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team environment


Estimated Salary:



$24.43 per hour, based on 24 hours per week.



Working Arrangements:



The successful candidate will start immediately and work until March 25th. This is a temporary, part-time position.
