Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing to join our team at Kellanova. In this role, you will play a key part in driving brand love and consumer conversion by developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that unlock growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Brand, eCommerce, and Customer teams to translate business objectives into high-impact shopper activations.
- Lead the development of shopper insights and trend-based programs to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Retail Sales team to optimize in-store POS and merchandising materials for maximum impact.
- Oversee the management of direct reports, providing performance management and talent development support.
- Support the development and delivery of annual Marketing learning and development program.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CPG food-relevant shopper/retail environments.
- In-depth experience with shopper marketing and omni-channel planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with Nielsen consumption and key Marketing metrics.
- Previous financial experience, including P&L understanding and budget management.
