Job Summary

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering annual sales and profit targets within the Grocery & Drug channel business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Annual Net Sales & Profit Targets: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profit goals within the Grocery & Drug channel business.
  • Accurate Forecasting: Develop and implement accurate sales volume and trade dollar forecasting to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Trade and Shopper Marketing Initiatives: Design, implement, and evaluate trade and shopper marketing initiatives based on market insights to drive business growth.
  • Maximization of Trade Investments: Optimize trade investments and efficiencies aligned with business objectives to maximize return on investment.
  • Business and Category Analysis: Conduct thorough business and category analysis to develop and present category management solutions that drive results.
  • Customer Business Initiatives: Strategize and develop joint business plans with customers to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Demonstrate superior collaboration and project management skills to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously.
  • Solid Presentation Skills: Possess solid presentation skills to effectively communicate business results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
