Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Director to lead our shopper marketing, e-commerce, and retailer media initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive market share growth and achieve profitable sales for our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market share growth and achieve profitable sales for our brands
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing programs across key accounts, including Loblaws, Instacart, Sobeys/Voila, Amazon, Metro, Skip the dishes, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, UberEATS, Costco, DoorDash, Longo's, and other regional accounts
  • Collaborate with retail partners to create and execute media strategies that enhance brand presence and drive purchase intent across all platforms
  • Oversee agency partnerships to ensure effective media planning, creative development, and seamless execution of campaigns

  • Experience in digital marketing channels, including social media, e-commerce, paid search, and display advertising
  • Proficiency in content strategy, development, and optimization, with a focus on AI-driven personalization
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously from end-to-end, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets within budget
