Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in driving growth through omnichannel shopper strategy across strategic LF/SF customers for both Quaker & Frito portfolios.

This key role will lead execution of Retail Media & Egrocery Strategy for strategic retail partners, partner with Insights & Global DX to develop a holistic shopper learning agenda, and wire and collaborate with the US and Global Shopper/DX teams to ensure shared best practices, resources and expertise on programming, tools, and strategy.

You will also support marketing integration in JBP process (Discovery, Big Bets, Growth Summits) and drive growth on full portfolio with our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel shopper strategies to drive growth across Quaker & Frito portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Retail Media & Egrocery Strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform shopper learning agendas and optimize programing and tools.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, agencies, and internal teams, to drive alignment and execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
