We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Urban area work setting
  • Transportation company experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
