Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Woodstock Grocers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures, supervising a team of over 20 people, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and conflict resolution.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and time management.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of over 20 people. The work will involve working under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
