Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A&A Environmental Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
A&A Environmental Consultants Inc is a dynamic and fast-paced consulting firm. The successful candidate will be working in a consulting firm environment and will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
