Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A&A Environmental Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment

A&A Environmental Consultants Inc is a dynamic and fast-paced consulting firm. The successful candidate will be working in a consulting firm environment and will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
