Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals.
