Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective

  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
