Career Opportunity: Office Administrator
TBT Engineering Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including reception, phone answering, and email management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, spreadsheets, and databases
* Assist with routine administrative tasks, including printing, photocopying, and binding documents
* Ensure adequate inventory of supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Collaborate with our Administration group to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of related experience in an administrative role
* Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
