Regional Director of Sales and Dealer Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and dealer development efforts in a regional capacity. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships with dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with assigned dealerships to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, manufacturers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage sales productivity and profitability to achieve designated profit objectives within the region.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for all major markets and implement service agreements that align with Fox Dealer's financial objectives.
  • Provide leadership and support to the VP, Sales, Area VP, Regional Operations Director, and the Fox Executive Team on sales-related projects and initiatives.
  • Education equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating a proven track record of sales success.
  • Preferred: 5+ years in-store automotive retail experience and outside sales experience selling to automotive dealers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and/or Google Drive), SalesForce CRM.

Total Compensation: $100k-$300k
