Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing overdue accounts, and maximizing portfolio growth through direct engagement with customers.

About the Role:
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to create superior sales experiences, welcoming and engaging them in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Credit Education: Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals by building their credit.
  • Loan Review: Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to review and evaluate prospective loans.
  • Collections Management: Effectively manage collections activities for all past-due accounts.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commissions, and employee discounts on furniture, electronics, and appliances.
