About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to lead and manage our concrete finishing teams at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of concrete finishers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of concrete finishing projects, including estimating costs and materials, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all concrete finishing work meets the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment and ensure that all team members follow health and safety protocols.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and dusty work site environment
  • Work Setting: Construction industry
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, overtime required
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player
