About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 concrete finishing workers
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure high-quality work
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and schedule concrete finishing projects
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Monitor and report any safety incidents
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing
  • Work Environment
    • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Work Setting
    • Construction site environment
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Organized and reliable
    • Team player with a positive attitude
